SERGS and GESEA4EU provide standardised training

10 June 2023 | At their 15th annual meeting, SERGS Presented GESEA4EU and described their role in the project.

The Society of European Robotic Gynaecological Surgery (SERGS) provides better access to minimal invasive surgery for women needing a gynaecological operation, through promotion of safe and efficient use of computer assisted surgery.

In 2021 SERGS and GESEA joined forces under the umbrella of the GESEA Educational Program to jointly develop a robotic training curriculum and certification called GESEA Robotics, and now SERGS is one of GESEA4EU partners aiming to standardise and broaden the scope of training.
