GESEA4EU 2nd General Meeting

2-3 November 2023 | The GESEA4EU project marked another milestone with its second general meeting, held on the 2nd and 3rd of November in Leuven, Belgium, gathering representatives from 16 project partners. The meeting provided a platform for in-depth discussions and updates on various work packages integral to the project’s success.

On the first day of the meeting, the focus was on Work Package 2 (preparatory activities) and Work Package 3 (training activities). Participants engaged in fruitful discussions, sharing insights and progress reports on these critical aspects of the project.

Day two saw discussions revolving around Work Package 4 (Training activities assessment and validation), Work Package 5 (Dissemination and communication), and Work Package 1 (Project Management and coordination). Representatives of each work package provided comprehensive overviews of completed activities, showcasing deliverables and outputs achieved thus far.

Looking ahead, the meeting also dedicated time to strategise and plan for the upcoming phases of the project. Additionally, a detailed report on the financial reporting requirements and the submitted amendment was presented and discussed, ensuring transparency and accountability in the project’s financial management.

The event demonstrated the strong collaborative spirit of the GESEA4EU partners, emphasising their commitment to advancing the project’s goals.
